Abstract
This study examines the factors affecting repurchase intention in e-commerce within the Kathmandu Valley using a higher-order structural analysis approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research investigates how convenience, perceived value, and customer satisfaction function as mediators of repurchase intention. A quantitative survey of 273 respondents in the Kathmandu Valley was conducted, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM methodology to test the hypothesized relationships among the constructs.
